Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped ground via common carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx). We can provide expedited shipments at an additional cost.
  • All lead times and shipping service times are listed in business days. There is no production or shipping on Saturday or Sunday. Special Saturday deliveries can be arranged by contacting our sales team.
  • If you select an expedited shipping service, you must still allow for the listed lead time. Please call our sales team if you have an urgent need.
  • Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will typically incur a small shipping surcharge.
  • Shipments to US Military via APO and FPO addresses are available. Shipments to US Military APO and FPO addresses are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Due to the additional processing required these orders will incur a small shipping surcharge.


Note: Carriers may require a signature for shipments. Please use a shipping address that will have someone available to sign for delivery.

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the following day. Orders placed over weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Taxes

Focused Technology is required to charge sales/use tax for shipments to the states of Florida (varies by county), Massachusetts (6.25%) and California (7.25%). The customer is responsible for paying any required sales and/or use taxes in all other states. Any taxes/fees/duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Customers with valid tax exemption certificates may contact Focused Technology at 1-888-686-0551 prior to submitting their order.

Returns

All exchanges and returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please call a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-686-0551 for your RMA number and specific return instructions. Once a RMA has been issued you must follow the instructions below to ensure acceptance of the return.
  • Do not write addresses or RMA numbers on the outside of the manufacturers' boxes.
  • Obtain a Return Address Label from your shipper and fill in the Ship-To portion as follows:

       (include the RMA # in the Ship To address line)

  • Clearly attach the label to the outside of the box.
  • Ship all returns so that items are received by Focused Technology within 10 days from the date the RMA # is issued.
  • Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid and must be insured for full value.

Defective Returns - Defective items will be replaced with the same make and model as long as you purchased the product within the last 15 days. After 15 days, your manufacturer warranty will apply.

Non-Defective Returns - Approved returns on non-defective product are subject to a 15% restocking fee (an industry standard). We will refund to you the purchase price you paid less the 15% restocking fee upon receipt and inspection of the items. Any shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the amount refunded. Non-defective returns must meet the following criteria:
  • Product was purchased in the last 15 days.
  • Projectors must have less than 5 lamp hours of use.
  • All returns must be resellable condition and include all components, accessories, cables, manuals in the original shipment.
  • Packages must be the original manufacturers' boxes and packaging. Manufacturers' boxes have not been written upon.
  • Packages must be shipped to prevent damage in transit and insured for full value.
  • Special order items are not eligible for return.

Goods Damaged During Shipment

We request the following when you suspect items have been damaged during transport:
  • Do not sign a clear receipt for damaged or missing cartons or there will be no basis for a claim.
  • If damage or loss is apparent upon delivery, do not accept the shipment until you make a notation of the damage on all copies of the carrier's pro bill and have the driver sign all copies to acknowledge the notation.
  • In case of concealed damage, inspection by the carrier must be requested within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Retain a copy of the inspection report in your records.
  • Keep all merchandise, packing materials and boxes with the damaged product at the location to which it was delivered. Do not throw anything away. Cooperate and follow up as necessary to secure final settlement.
  • Immediately advise Focused Technology of all damages.

Warranties

Merchandise includes the manufacturer's standard warranty (please confirm warranty coverage at the time of your purchase). Focused Technology offers no additional warranty and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Focused Technology shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in any connection with the purchase or use or the products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or any claim based on indemnity or contribution, or the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise.

Pricing

All pricing subject to change. Focused Technology reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. In the event Focused Technology determines an adjustment is necessary, we will contact you regarding the changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. Focused Technology reserves the right to cancel the sale without incurring any liability.
