Description
The Cat6 cable that provides you a labor cost savings, actually reducing installation time. Our ClearFit line of Category 6 cables are low profile, and offer a unique snagless and easy to release design that makes crowded patch panel installations a snap. Category 6 cable, commonly referred to as Cat6, is a standardized cable for Gigabit Ethernet and other network physical layers that is backward compatible with the Category 5/5e and Category 3 cable standards. When compared to Cat5e, Cat6 features more stringent specifications for crosstalk and system noise. While the Cat6 TIA cable standard provides performance of up to 250 MHz, our ClearFit is tested to exceed 550MHz and easily handles bandwidth intensive applications such as 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX (Fast Ethernet), 1000BASE-T/1000BASE-TX (Gigabit Ethernet) and 10GBASE-T (10-Gigabit Ethernet). Plugs are staggered and plated with 50 microns of gold per contact. In addition, they are TAA compliant.
